  • Registration Fees (excluding GST) is refundable only if a written request is made to the organizers (registration@apmc12.in) on or before 31st Dec., 2019.

  • Technical issue: In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not get reflected immediately in our account, the payment confirmation/registration will be done only after proper verification at payment gateway end and our bank account. This may take 7-10 working days.
  • Multiple/Excess Payments Case: If double/excess payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, a refund of the excess amount will be made once the payment is credited to our account, within a maximum duration of 7-10 working days.
  • Similar mode of transfer will be adopted for refund as these funds has been received. NO CASH refund policy.

Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be confirmed after remittance and verification of payment.

Name badge
Each participant will receive a name badge as part of the kit. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions, exhibition and to social functions. The organizers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

12th Asia Pacific Microscopy Conference, scheduled during 03 - 07 February, 2020 is an International event for the scientists, researchers and students using different microscopy tools and techniques across the world. This is an international event organized every four years under the auspices of CAPSM–Committee of Asia-Pacific Society for Microscopy (comprising of 17 countries). Current APMC will be held in conjunction with the annual conference and the XL (40th) meeting (AGM) of the EMSI, which is one of the oldest scientific societies of the country.

There will be ten parallel sessions along with plenary and keynote lectures by world-renowned speakers to present the advancement in microscopy along with the new findings in materials and life sciences using different microscopic techniques. Moreover, a large-scale interactive exhibition will be held where electron microscope suppliers will present and demonstrate the new technologies implemented in their instruments.

The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program schedule or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the event timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the event manager will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Asia-Pacific Microscope Conferences (APMC) is a scientific conference held every four years under the aegis of Committee of Asia-Pacific Societies of Microscopy (CAPSM). The host organizations for the present event are Electron Microscope Society of India (EMSI) and CAPSM.
